Chu Meiyan stared straight at Jiang Ping An, wishing she could peer into his thoughts.

He did not want to provoke these geniuses and invite a heap of trouble upon himself.
But with their opposing positions, conflict was destined to arise.
Chu Meiyan's eyes shifted, as though she were brewing some wicked scheme.
After a moment, she suddenly said, "Forget attacking you. But you have to owe me three favors."

Jiang Ping An could not possibly agree to such outrageous extortion.
"One favor, then?" Chu Meiyan lowered her terms.
Jiang Ping An hesitated for a while before saying, "This favor cannot require me to do anything that endangers my life, nor can it require me to do anything that defies heaven's principles."
"Heh, with such heavy karmic bloodshed on you, why are you afraid of doing something that defies heaven's principles?"
Chu Meiyan rolled her eyes at Jiang Ping An. "Fine, then. You owe me one favor. Repay it when I need it."
Jiang Ping An said nothing more.
For now, resolving the conflict with this woman and eliminating one danger was ultimately a good thing.
