My wife and I had been busy preparing for this wedding for six months, from start to finish.
Our wedding was outdoors, so we had to take the weather into account. Chengdu had recently been either scorching hot or hit by torrential rain, and we were both worried that we might not be able to hold the wedding outdoors.
But luckily, the day of our wedding happened to be among the coolest days we had seen recently.
It rained at four in the morning yesterday, but the rain stopped after only an hour.
Before the wedding ceremony began, the weather had still been unbearably hot. But just before the ceremony started, a cloud happened to drift overhead, cooling the whole venue down.
A friend told me that maybe Grandma really was watching over us from heaven.
During the ceremony, after I finished reciting my vows to the bride, a gust of wind happened to sweep through the venue.
The emcee said, "Did everyone feel that?" I thought perhaps Grandma had come to attend the wedding too.
When I heard the emcee say that, I completely lost control and burst into tears on the spot...
I thought that all these seemingly coincidental, inexplicable things could simply be left to love~
Over the next three days, I'm planning to take my wife out for a little trip, so I'll be taking three days of wedding leave.
