Frost Giants and Asgardians were assessing the Xenomorphs' combat prowess and adaptability, and they were astonished by what they saw.
Duva was doing the same thing. The only difference was that he had already known the results; now, he could personally "see" how the Xenomorphs performed in extreme environments.
"Five thousand Xenomorphs holding out this long is already quite impressive. On a planet with suitable temperatures and harsher conditions, they would perform even better."
Few of the many planets along the border between the two realms were proper life-bearing planets. Their natural environments were harsher than the last.
To some extent, this limited the Xenomorphs' performance. After all, they had no advanced technology, magic, or divine power to use.
"Hmm, some Frost Giants have already noticed the Xenomorphs' extraordinary resistance to extreme environments. They want to take them in as a subordinate race?"
Through the Xenomorphs' vision, Duva learned what was happening on the front lines and immediately smiled.
Just how strong were the Xenomorphs' resistances? The answer was that, by the standards of carbon-based lifeforms without supernatural powers, they were utterly terrifying.
Drone Xenomorphs, the second-lowest rank in Xenomorph society, were Xenomorphs born from parasitizing ordinary humans and capable of walking upright. They could withstand the temperature of boiling Lead Water—over 1,700 degrees.
And in the Xenomorph prequel continuity, the first Xenomorphs in history to hatch from eggs and parasitize ordinary humans could endure the flames expelled by a spacecraft's Controllable Nuclear Fusion Engine with their bodies alone.
Thus, the Xenomorphs' resistance to extreme environments was frighteningly high. And don't forget, these were Xenomorphs without supernatural powers, born purely from parasitizing ordinary Earth humans.
Many of the Xenomorphs Duva had sent to the battlefield had been born from parasitizing vampires and bioengineered monsters, making their adaptability even more formidable.
