Xenomorphs Like Ganging Up. As an elite soldier, Blonsky was a man with plenty of ideas. He believed that a real man had to be big and fierce!

Just like Hulk—when provoked, he grew bigger, and when struck, he grew even bigger.

Blonsky deeply yearned for Hulk, and the best way to worship something was to study it, then become it.

That was exactly what he did.

"Let me make this clear first: this is an incomplete serum. If anything goes wrong..." a thin scientist said cautiously.

"Enough. I know what I'm doing. Keep stalling, and I'll kill you!"

Blonsky said impatiently, "Hurry up and inject me. I want to be stronger than Hulk!"

Hearing this, Mister Blue could not help shaking his head inwardly. Stronger than Hulk just by injecting a serum extracted from Hulk's blood? Listen to that—did that even sound human? Such a thing simply did not exist.

Even hybridization experiments required generations of artificial selection.

But Blonsky did not care about that. The soldier had already gone mad, and Mister Blue was more than happy to inject the serum into him.

As Doctor Banner's online friend, he had conducted all kinds of experiments on Banner and kept Hulk's blood on hand. Blonsky was the perfect opportunity to verify his results.

"Hulk is far more powerful than I anticipated. My intellect simply isn't enough for me to perfectly tap into the power contained in Hulk's blood. This is troublesome..."

Mister Blue had his own concerns. Once the injection was complete, he planned to flee immediately and hide for a while.

"If you ever have a moment when your mind is clear, come find me again. Perhaps we'll have another chance to work together."

Though Mister Blue said that, he believed Blonsky would not get another chance. Blonsky simply could not bear the serum's power. At best, he would undergo a genetic mutation, then be captured, thrown into prison, and experimented on by government officials until he died.

Roar! Roar!

Sure enough, Blonsky began to transform. His body swelled, punching through the ceiling. His skin became reptilian, and sharp bone spurs grew from his back.

"Power, this is power!"

Blonsky was ecstatic. Feeling the endless surge of immense strength erupting within him, even his face twisted.

Along with that power came the anger that clung to it like a shadow. Mixed with Blonsky's own thoughts, it condensed into an entirely new emotion—hatred.

Blonsky named his superpowered self "Abomination." It was a name born from his desire to reclaim the pride he had lost to Hulk, and from his determination to kill Hulk and prove that he was the strongest.

"Abomination, is it? I don't think you'll get the chance to take revenge on Hulk, because I'm here."

Several Xenomorphs burst through the windows. Agile and swift, they darted across the walls and floor, surrounding Abomination.

Mister Blue shuddered, pulling his gaze away from Abomination and staring in astonishment at these unknown creatures.

As a biologist, he understood at a glance. These unheard-of creatures might not be natural organisms—at least, not natural organisms from Earth. No natural creature on Earth possessed an exoskeleton-like body structure, much less looked so... science-fictional.

With just one look, Mister Blue was deeply drawn to these creatures, slowing even as he tried to flee.

When a Courier Xenomorph crouched not far from him and "stared" at him with its eyeless head, he found himself even less able to leave. All he could do was press himself carefully against the wall and inch along, trying to stay as far away as possible from the frenzied Abomination.

"Ross sent you? How ridiculous. He used to be my general, binding me with his ridiculous rules. Now it's my turn to manage him! I'm stronger than him!" Abomination's mind was filled with all kinds of violent thoughts.

"You're stronger than him? Good. Then if I'm stronger than you, it's only reasonable for me to take everything from you."

As Duva spoke, his eyes scraped over Abomination's massive body like blades.

Honestly, Abomination was ugly—far uglier than Hulk, at least—but Duva did not mind.

"What kind of look is that?"

"A look of appreciation. In my eyes, when you transform into another form, you become very beautiful." Duva did not hold back his praise or affection.

Abomination froze, thinking this little runt was probably insane, then raised a foot and stomped down.

Beautiful? Ugly? He had just been thinking that his mind seemed to be going mad, that he could not quite control himself. Now it seemed this stranger had gone mad long before him.

A savage grin stretched across his mouth as sharp teeth emerged. Abomination hoped to feel flesh turn to pulp beneath his foot.

Boom!

He did not step on anyone. He only crushed the floor, leaving behind a deep pit.

"You don't even have the strength to hit someone, yet you still have the nerve to say you'll fight Hulk?"

Duva retreated at a speed far beyond that of an ordinary human and gave a signal. More Xenomorphs quickly appeared from all around, encircling Abomination and attacking together.

The Xenomorphs, generally no more than three meters tall, looked tiny compared to the four-meter-tall, musclebound Abomination. But there were more of them!

Eleven Xenomorphs launched layered attacks. The strongest Blood Xenomorph charged at the front, whipping its tail toward Abomination's eyes.

"What a joke. You think these things can deal with me?"

It was Abomination's first time seeing Xenomorphs, but he was not afraid in the slightest. Laughing wildly, he reached out and caught a Xenomorph that was a beat too slow. A cruel grin spread across his face as he squeezed hard with both hands.

Splat! But unfortunately, what spilled out was not red, but green.

That was right—Hulk's green. Except this green blood was terrifyingly Strong Acid. The moment it splashed onto Abomination's palm, he let out an earth-shaking howl! Pain, pain, unbearable pain! Against blood capable of instantly corroding superalloy, even though Abomination's skin could withstand rocket explosions, he could not endure it! Sizzle!

His skin was burned through, his flesh melted away, exposing stark white bone. Worse still, even the bone was cracking apart.

Fortunately, Abomination possessed powerful regenerative abilities. With an enraged roar, his injuries began healing at a visible rate.

But taking advantage of this precious opening, more Xenomorphs pounced on him.

Several Courier Xenomorphs also scurried rapidly up the walls, seizing the chance to spit Strong Acid and leave wide swaths of wounds across Abomination's body.

Abomination roared again and again. Given his sheer size, any Xenomorph he caught was lucky to escape with only missing limbs. Only the Blood Xenomorphs fared somewhat better—their bodies were tougher, able to withstand a hit or two.

"What the hell is this thing?!"

Abomination had already killed three Xenomorphs, yet their coordinated assault was giving him an enormous headache.

The Xenomorphs worked together far too well. Whenever he was about to seize one, the others always struck at precisely the right moment, forcing him to switch targets. Of course, he could refuse to change targets, but then he would have to accept being injured.

Abomination grabbed another Xenomorph, but paid a heavy price for it. A Blood Xenomorph rushed forward, opened its jaws, and shot out its Inner Jaw.

The tongue-like Inner Jaw lashed out faster than a bullet. Its teeth clamped onto Abomination's eye, then yanked viciously, spraying blood everywhere.

Abomination let out a howl of agony. The Blood Xenomorph that had landed the blow tore into his flesh, rapidly restoring its stamina and injuries by drinking his blood.

"Now. Time to facehug him." Duva paced through the safe zone at the very edge, constantly searching for an opening. At last, it had come.

That was right. The reason he had accepted Blade's private invitation and risked joining this operation was for this very moment.
