2025 Summary & A Chat Before the Ending
2025 was over. 2025 was finally over.
When 2023 ended, Yuan Tianzun was about to conclude, and my heart was filled with anticipation for High Martial Arts—when 2024 ended, High Martial Arts was still more or less at its peak, and I was filled with the joy of becoming a father for the first time—by 2025, what I felt was relief, relief that this year was finally about to pass.
2025 was very difficult for me.
All sorts of family chores and conflicts brought on by the birth of my child; for more than half the year, arguments big and small never stopped, my emotions broke down countless times, and then I began to doubt everything about myself—
After nearly ten years of writing, all kinds of minor health problems also kept flaring up. I had two minor surgeries alone, and as for the medicine I took and the various checkups I went through, even I can no longer count them—maybe it really was just a year of being down on my luck.
Fortunately, things on the family side were gradually getting better.
Now, back to writing itself.
First, I want to apologize to all my brothers. I'm truly very sorry. In the original plan, the total length of High Martial Arts should have been somewhat longer than the current plan, and it should have been completed around the middle of 2025. Unfortunately—every brother knows the whole situation, so I won't go on about it.
2025 was indeed the lowest point of my years as a full-time writer. My total updates for the year were probably around 1.2 million words, and all kinds of original plans were delayed again and again.
