At the cliff top.
The mountain wind swept past, stirring the robes and skirts of the group.
"Among all the people I have seen in my life, Fellow Daoist ranks within the top three!" The white-haired woman looked at Jiang Ning, a faint note of emotion in her voice.
"You flatter me, Senior!" Jiang Ning said, then asked, "There is something I do not know whether it is convenient for Senior to answer."
"Please speak, Fellow Daoist!" the white-haired woman said.
As Jiang Ning looked at the Crimson Radiance Patriarch before him, a thought stirred in his heart.
"Senior, have you reached the Celestial Immortal Realm?"
"Indeed!" The white-haired woman looked at Jiang Ning and softly uttered two words.
"Senior, in the world you inhabit, are there beings who stand above Celestial Immortals?" Jiang Ning asked again.
Upon hearing this, the white-haired woman looked at Jiang Ning, recalling the words she had overheard him say from afar earlier.
An undying-level existence.
"Fellow Daoist, since you asked this, have you encountered an existence beyond Celestial Immortals?"
"To be honest with Senior, I have!" Jiang Ning nodded and answered frankly.
Hearing this, the white-haired woman slowly exhaled.
Her bare, pale feet rested upon the hard mountain rocks.
She casually plucked a pinecone and tossed it to Jiang Ning.
"No wonder Fellow Daoist asked such a question! Beyond Celestial Immortals are True Immortals! Even in the Ancient Era, such beings were Sect Leader-level existences. In this age, as Fellow Daoist has seen, they do indeed still exist. But as far as I know, among the great lineages of the Canglan Realm, there are no beings of that level."
At this point, the Crimson Radiance Patriarch paused again.
Then she slowly said, "Across the entire Canglan Realm, I can rank among the top three."
