Su Yao annihilated Arishem and the Celestial Group, then resumed strengthening himself by lighting up universes and accumulating Energy Points. As Self-Existent spread to more than twelve hundred universes, his power and the 616 Main Universe continued to grow, but he still had not reached the next milestone in his Unlock Progress.

• Su Yao used golden beams to erase Arishem and the other Celestial Group members, then vanished from outside the Solar System.
• Dormammu feared that Su Yao would notice him and hid in the Dark Dimension.
• Su Yao returned to New York, wondered whether the Celestial Group's deaths would attract others, and began using Dreamwalking to help Self-Existent light up universes.

Mobius and the Time Administration Bureau erased the 616 Universe’s Timeline to eliminate Su Yao, but he sensed the universe collapsing and prepared to stop it. The chapter ended as he extended his hand, while the Bureau and Planet Devourer watched to see what he would do.

Su Yao raised God's Unlock Progress to 99% but still did not unlock a new ability. As he waited for the final percent, an Old God crossed into the multiverse and headed toward the 616 Main Universe, drawing the attention of Eternity and other powerful beings.

• Vishanti noticed Su Yao destroying dimensions and Dimensional Demon Gods, and planned to visit Earth to investigate him.
• Chthon recognized Su Yao as the owner of the unfamiliar Chaos Magic and vowed to claim his power once he escaped his seal.
• After two days of gathering Energy Points, Su Yao raised God's Unlock Progress from 79% to 99% but received no new ability.
• Su Yao continued accumulating Energy Points as a tentacled Old God crossed dimensions and universes toward the 616 Main Universe.

Eternity and the other cosmic beings discovered that the Old God had come to the 616 Universe to punish the mutant whose rapid growth had transformed it. The Old God’s tentacle began corrupting the universe, but it further restrained its power to keep the mutant alive for its revenge.

• Eternity, Infinity, Death, and Oblivion watched the Old God stop before the enormous 616 Universe and learned that a mutant on Earth had caused its abnormal growth.
• The cosmic beings realized the mutant had risen above Single Universe Level in less than a year and suspected he might have become their sixth Creation God.
• The Old God pierced the 616 Universe with a tentacle, causing planets and stars to collapse as Eternity, Infinity, Death, Oblivion, Light, and other beings struggled to resist the corruption.
• The beings of the 616 Universe heard the Old God’s chants and prayers and feared that their universe was collapsing beyond their ability to stop.
