"They're Lucy and Kana. You can consider them your seniors. They'll take you around the school later and introduce you to some of its rules and regulations."
After introducing Lucy and Kana to Mirajane and her siblings, Allen sent them on their way.
"Everyone's gone. Why are you still pinching me?"
Ultear felt a little embarrassed when Allen pointed it out. She hurriedly released his hand and ran off.
Meanwhile, Lucy and Kana were showing Mirajane and her siblings around the school facilities. After explaining the school's daily schedule, Kana could no longer contain her curiosity and asked Mirajane how they had met Allen.
Mirajane once again recounted how Allen had displayed his might in their village. Kana nodded, then continued asking Mirajane, "Then you don't have any romantic feelings for Teacher Allen, do you?"
Mira said matter-of-factly, "Of course not. I just want to become Big Brother Allen's student."
Hearing that, Lucy and Kana both breathed a sigh of relief. "That's good. Otherwise, Ultear isn't someone you want to provoke."
Upon hearing Ultear's name, Mira frowned and asked, "Is Ultear the girl beside Big Brother Allen? Why is she hostile toward me?"
Kana told Mira a few things about Ultear, then explained that Ultear had decided ever since childhood that she would become Allen's wife. As a result, she was particularly sensitive toward women who showed interest in Allen. Kana emphasized that Ultear had only recently become an S-Class Mage, and advised Mira not to take what Ultear had just done to heart.
Who would have thought that after hearing Kana's explanation, Mira would fold her arms and say indignantly, "I'm not going to fight her over a man! Besides, she's only an S-Class Mage. It's nothing special. I'll reach that level soon too!"
