Mavis watched Allen scold Natsu and Gray with a smile. Seeing them reminded her of the way her old companions used to play together. Those were the days of their lost youth~
After this little interlude, Mavis gestured for Allen to come aside. She had something to discuss with him, so the others tactfully left when they saw this.
"I sensed Zeref's presence on Tenrou Island. He should be sleeping up there, so August and I didn't go up and disturb him. I was thinking, why don't we use this opportunity to resolve the curse on Zeref?"

Mavis asked worriedly, "Are you confident?"

Seeing Allen's confidence, Mavis and August inexplicably felt much more confident themselves.
