Shisui's Demise

"Danzō finally lost his patience, didn't he?"

Yamei's eyes narrowed, and with a flash, he moved towards the back mountain.

In the Konoha back mountain, Shisui and Danzō stood before a building with a plaque bearing the character for "ninja."

"Is there something you need, Lord Danzō? The assembly is about to begin."

Danzō squinted at Shisui. "If you use your dōjutsu on Fugaku and persuade the Uchiha clan, but the village doesn't change, what will you do?"

Shisui met his gaze. "The Hokage has already promised me that things will change."

"Even if the Third Hokage tries to persuade them... the village's suspicion of you won't disappear."

"But Lord Danzō..."

While Shisui was stunned, Danzō suddenly reached out towards Shisui's right eye!

A hint of loneliness flashed across Shisui's face as the Root ninja caught up behind him.

Yamei's figure appeared where Shisui and Danzō had just been.

Seeing Danzō rubbing his right eye, Yamei couldn't help but shake his head.

He had originally planned to use Magic Hand on Danzō, but Danzō hadn't transplanted Hashirama's cells yet, so he wouldn't get anything good. He'd come back later.

Ignoring Danzō, Yamei sped towards Shisui's direction.

Shisui froze, then glanced behind him and said softly, "So consider me as having died once."

"Then, from now on, everything about you belongs to me, right?" Yamei's eyes became a little serious.

Shisui hesitated only slightly before nodding heavily. "From today onwards, there is no Konoha Uchiha Shisui, only Shisui who belongs to Hyakawa Yamei!"

Yamei nodded in satisfaction at Shisui's attitude. "Since that's the case, I'll give you a gift first."
