Yamei watched Yugao and Gekko leave after settling the bill, somewhat disappointed. "Seriously, it was just one bowl of ramen. You said I could have barbecue."
"Be glad you got something to eat," Yūhi Kurenai said with a smile, patting Yamei on the arm. "I have something to take care of. Go ahead and eat."
"Go on, go on." Yamei waved her off, then looked at Teuchi. "Uncle Teuchi, bring me another bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen too."
"You got it!"
"Huh! You're here!"
Yamei was eating his ramen when he suddenly heard a surprised voice. Looking up, he saw Temari and Kankuro standing at the entrance.
"Oh... you're from Sunagakure. Here for something to eat?"
"Yeah. I heard Konoha's Ichiraku Ramen is delicious, so we came to try it." Temari nodded, looked over the menu after entering, and asked, "Do you have any recommendations?"
"These two flavors are pretty good." Yamei pointed at two types of ramen.
"Thank you." Temari immediately ordered two bowls in the flavors Yamei had recommended.
"Hmm, since you're fairly polite, I'll give your brother a piece of advice."
"Me!?" Kankuro froze. How had this involved him?
Yamei nodded and fixed his gaze on him. "You're Kankuro, right? Behave yourself in the village. We just emphasized the importance of following the rules."
Kankuro's expression darkened. Why was he being singled out? Was he really someone who loved causing trouble that much?
