Six-Eared Macaque and Lu Ya set out to punish Kunpeng, with Qing'er joining them after a quarrel with Lu Ya. In Huqi City, the Chan Sect planned to capture Shang forces to trade for their prisoners, while Kunpeng arrived alongside Medicine Master and Maitreya.

• Lu Ya learned Kunpeng had stolen Hetu Luoshu and agreed with Six-Eared Macaque to make him a slave rather than kill him outright.
• Qing'er joined Lu Ya’s revenge mission, and after Six-Eared Macaque waited outside Three Immortal Island, the three headed for the mortal realm.
• Guangchengzi and the Chan Sect immortals mourned their setbacks, then agreed to capture important Shang figures as leverage to free Daoxing and Lingbao.
• Daoist Randeng accepted the task of fighting in the next day’s duel, confident he could defeat any opponent below Quasi-Saint.

Cangyuan agreed to help Changxi ease tensions between the Witch and Demon Races by arranging Da Yi’s release, and secured Houtu’s agreement in return for the Demon Race staying away from the Witches. The Great Witches and Changxi arrived at the Moon Star to retrieve Da Yi, where Goddess Wangshu’s presence could complicate their mission.

• Changxi told Cangyuan that Da Yi’s True Spirit Soul was fused with the Moon Laurel Tree while his body had become Wu Gang, who endlessly chopped at it.
• Cangyuan chose to mediate between the Witch and Demon Races, then told Houtu that Da Yi could be released.

Cangyuan gathered the final Immeasurable Heaven Sealing Banner and met Goddess Wangshu after Da Yi and the Witch Race left the Moon Star. Wangshu revealed that she knew Cangyuan had secretly attained the Dao, then asked him to treat her injuries.
