Cang Xuan looked around, his gaze sweeping over the Chaos rifts that were slowly healing. "Let's change locations."
"The free-floating laws in this area were first devoured in great part by this Chaos Dao-Devouring Beast, then battered by the collisions of our laws. They've long since completely collapsed," Cang Xuan explained.
"In the short term, this place won't be able to gather laws dense enough to attract another Chaos Dao-Devouring Beast."
Hongchu nodded in agreement. "Fellow Daoist Cang Xuan is right."
"Standing guard here would just waste time. The Chaos Sea is vast. Let's keep roaming and try our luck elsewhere."
Zhou Ming had no objections.
"Then let's continue onward."
The three turned into streaks of light and once more vanished into the boundless Chaos airflow.
As they traveled, Hongchu spoke from time to time, exchanging thoughts with the other two.

"Over there, there's a Chaos Dao-Devouring Beast in the middle of feeding. And it happens to be exactly the type of law I urgently need."
