  • Harvey gave Shimizu Victor's notebook containing the restored Titan Serum formula and production process, which Shimizu took as compensation.
  • Shimizu claimed territory from Gordon Street to Morel Alley, but Harvey explained that Cheaper Street belonged to the Jack Gang and Deller Community belonged to the Sons of the Scepter.
  • Shimizu decided not to provoke Falcone yet and asked whether the compensation could fund a Titan Serum laboratory; Harvey said it was far from enough.
  • Harvey left with Marone and told his driver, Paul, that they could still profit by taking Marone's territory, while planning to treat Marone with sulfuric acid.

Ch. 62New World

Shimizu’s Hogg United defeated the Jack Gang, and he used the gang’s growing power to complete the progress needed to unlock a second world. He arrived in a new body as Uesugi Shimizu, a troublesome sixteen-year-old from a prominent family in Kōnan Town.

  • Aman reported that Hogg United had taken the Jack Gang, and Shimizu rewarded his men after confirming Jack’s identity.
  • Shimizu decided Hogg United needed to avoid attracting Batman’s attention, consolidate its territory, and build connections with Gotham’s powerful officials.
  • The progress bar filled, and Shimizu left Pakura to watch over their work before returning to his tent.
  • Shimizu saw that the System Panel showed two worlds unlocked and entered the second world.
  • Shimizu woke in the body of Uesugi Shimizu and learned that his father was Kōnan Town’s mayor and that he had a reputation as an irresponsible troublemaker.

Ch. 63Were We This Naively Stupid When We Graduated as Genin Too?

Shimizu and Kazakami Senran escorted supplies from Outpost No. 7 with Pakura and Baki, accompanied by nine newly graduated Genin during the Second Great Ninja War. The mission began with Shimizu knocking down an arrogant Genin who tried to flirt with Pakura and flaunted his father’s position.

  • Shimizu dismissed his new avatar’s peaceful world and focused on the escalating war between Sunagakure, Konoha, and Amegakure.
  • Kazakami Senran assigned Shimizu, Pakura, and Baki to escort supplies with newly graduated Genin to Outpost No. 7.
  • At the outpost, Mukade tried to bribe Kazakami Senran for a promotion, but Kazakami returned the sealed scroll and told him to earn merit.
  • Mukade handed over four supply carts and explained that the third cart held crucial Sealing Scrolls.
  • The Genin bragged about becoming Chunin and Kazekage, prompting Shimizu, Pakura, and Baki to wonder whether they had been just as naive when they graduated.
  • When a Genin flirted with Pakura and boasted about his father, Shimizu ordered him away and knocked him on the head.

Ch. 64Sarutobi

Shimizu led the supply convoy through the Land of Rain after Kazakami Senran detected a distant battle and went to investigate. Kazakami Senran returned with wounded Sand Ninja and a captured Sarutobi Clan Jonin, and the team continued toward camp to deliver the prisoner to Elder Chiyo.

  • Shimizu and Pakura thanked each other after Shimizu stood up to troublesome Genin, and the convoy resumed its journey with Baki scouting ahead.
  • After the convoy entered the Land of Rain, Kazakami Senran sensed a battle in the forest and identified a huge Fire Release as likely belonging to a Sarutobi Clan Jonin.
  • Kazakami Senran ordered Shimizu to lead the convoy onward while he investigated, and Shimizu organized the group to hurry back to camp without interfering.
  • Kazakami Senran returned with Tejima Jiro and Keisaburo, both wounded, and a badly injured Sarutobi Clan Jonin bound with sealing strips.
  • Kazakami Senran told the team to find Elder Chiyo because the prisoner might have important intelligence, and Shimizu prepared medical supplies for the injured.

Ch. 65Mind-Reading Technique

Shimizu treated Tejima Jiro’s injuries before watching Chiyo use the Mind-Reading Technique to extract intelligence from a captured Konoha jonin. Chiyo learned that Tsunade, Dan Katō, and Kunugi Mokume were involved, then sent orders to prepare for battle and assessed Shimizu’s medical skills.

  • Chiyo used the Mind-Reading Technique on a captured Sarutobi Clan jonin, whose head exploded when a seal was triggered.
  • Chiyo learned that Tsunade, Dan Katō, and Kunugi Mokume were targets and discussed Danzo’s apparent attempt to undermine Orochimaru.
  • Chiyo gave Kazakami Senran an S-rank letter for Roshi and White Rock of Iwagakure and ordered him to inform Rasa and Karura of the battle arrangements.
  • Chiyo praised Shimizu’s stitching but told him that weak sensory precision limited his Medical Ninjutsu.

Ch. 66Shadow Clones and the Pulse Sensing Heart

  • Chiyo told Shimizu to prepare with Baki and Pakura to help fight Konoha reinforcements, while allowing them to retreat if the battle became impossible.
  • Shimizu opened the second chest in Chiyo’s tent and found scrolls on Wind Release, Black Secret Technique training, Shadow Clone Technique, and Pulse Sensing Heart Technique.
  • Shimizu decided to store the scrolls for later study because he had no time to train the techniques during the coming operation.
  • Sunagakure mobilized more than two thousand ninja, while Iwagakure deployed a similarly substantial force to block Tsunade and Dan Katō’s unit and stop rescuers.
  • Shimizu’s squad joined more than seven hundred Sand Ninja on the southeastern side of a dense forest, under Kazakami Senran’s command.

Ch. 67Battlefield

Sand and Iwa forces prepared to hold a blockade against Konoha while Shimizu, Baki, and Pakura fought together on the battlefield. After Shimizu reorganized their formation to conserve Pakura’s Chakra, an enemy used the Mind Body Switch Technique to turn Baki against her and immobilize Shimizu with a shadow.

  • Kazakami Senran and Tejima Jiro discussed the blockade, their forces, and the need to stop Konoha from crossing either defensive line.
  • Shimizu, Baki, and Pakura took their established formation as Konoha forces emerged from a distant hill and began attacking.
  • The trio coordinated their attacks under Shimizu’s direction, avoiding major jonin battles and targeting weaker Konoha ninjas.
  • Shimizu noticed Pakura’s Chakra was running low and changed the formation so she could recover while Baki and Shimizu handled most of the fighting.
  • A young man used the Mind Body Switch Technique on Baki, making him attack Pakura, while a shadow connected to Shimizu’s feet and stopped him from moving.

Ch. 68Ino-Shika-Cho Squad

Shimizu and Pakura fought a Leaf squad using Nara, Akimichi, and Yamanaka clan techniques, breaking their coordinated attacks and freeing Baki from Mind Body Switch Technique. As Baki joined the assault on the Yamanaka ninja, Nara Kyudai decided their squad had to use its trump card.

  • Nara Kyudai restrained Shimizu with Shadow Imitation Technique while the Akimichi ninja charged with Human Boulder, but Pakura disrupted the attack and Shimizu countered the Akimichi ninja with Pneumatic Fist.
  • Pakura used Phoenix Sage Fire Technique and Wind Scythe Technique to force Nara Kyudai to defend himself and escape the flames.
  • Shimizu struck Baki with a senbon coated in Desert Red Ant venom, causing pain that weakened the Yamanaka ninja controlling him through Mind Body Switch Technique.
  • Shimizu gave Baki an antidote with Hemostasis Jutsu, and Baki recovered and joined Little Boy in attacking the Yamanaka ninja.
