"Shut up!" I flew into a rage. The Eight Tribulation Sword was already in motion, viciously piercing through his body.
Yet the corpse didn't care. He looked at me and said, "For a mortal, your grandmother truly reached the pinnacle. But I'm afraid her end was also quite tragic. After all, her methods could already be called heaven-defying."

"Yes," the corpse replied.
I was silent for a moment, then gripped the Eight Tribulation Sword. "Unfortunately, you ended up like this."
"It's completely meaningless. Even without me, what is destined to come will still come," the corpse said.
"So that's how it is. I understand now." I looked at him, the Eight Tribulation Sword gripped in my hand. "Die."
The sword tore straight through him, and its icy radiance destroyed everything.
