Yet after announcing the reconstruction of the Herasul Empire, Yulia did not continue with her proclamation.
Instead, she stopped and looked around.
In a gentler, softer tone, she said quietly:

"Even when nobles broke the law, they would not be tried, or would receive only minor punishment. Many prestigious professions accepted only nobles as employees.
"Many people were born able to become legislators who decided the fate of the nation without having to do anything. Even in Avalon, there was a distinction between the Founding Family and knightly families. In certain countries, nobles even paid only reduced taxes—or virtually none at all—while commoners bore an even heavier tax burden.
"In many countries, including Avalon, simply becoming a transcendent of a particular Path would bring surveillance or even arrest. They might not have committed any crime, and there might be nothing wrong with their inheritance or profession. Yet merely because a neighboring or enemy country favored that Path, they might be suspected of being spies—even though we all know that the two things have no direct connection.
"In certain countries, when royal authority was corrupted, the monarch replaced, or even killed, and those who had exterminated the royal family took power, the people below would still obey their orders—merely because the usurper wore a crown... even if the purpose of those orders was to drive the nation's train straight into the abyss..."
At this point, Yulia glanced at Princess Star Antimony. She was already the Queen of Star Antimony, yet she still lowered her head sadly.
Yulia turned back and gazed at everyone. "I believe all of this is because of the imbalance in the world!"
