A bit of a headache, so I'm taking a day off and wishing everyone a happy Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday.
My migraine is acting up again. I didn't sleep well last night, and my head started hurting as soon as I lay down. It felt a little better after I got up, but it still hurts. The pain around my right temple, from above my right ear all the way to the top of my head and forward to my right eye socket, keeps throbbing. Shaking my head makes it feel as if there's a stone inside, and I'm also vaguely nauseous.
I sat down in front of the computer at ten-thirty, and I've only written four hundred words by now. It feels like this isn't something that can be solved by simply delaying the update until tonight. I'll take some medicine and rest for a while. I just checked my temperature, and it's 37.2°C. I don't have a fever, but it feels like something isn't quite right. I keep feeling as if my breath is a little hot...
Hopefully I won't develop a fever. That way, taking one day off will be enough. I still have to go out and take the high-speed train on the third of next month. If I don't have any stockpiled chapters by then, I'll probably have to take another day off...
This is the third day I've taken off this month. The hardworking cat has updated over 180,000 words this month... Please forgive the cat...
