An overwhelmingly intense heat flared up, accompanied by a red glow that almost illuminated half the night sky. A tingling warmth spread throughout their bodies. Iver and Galatea immediately recognized the source of that power. "That's... the Candle Keeper?"
"The Candle Keeper was summoned back to the Dream Realm from the Material Realm!"
Immediately afterward came a roar like an eagle and a dragon—a dark green vortex coiled upward into the sky.
Then came an incomparably bright amber beam.
That was the Lord of Scales and Feathers and Amber.
Had they also walked the Material Realm? "The Twin Mirrors... It seems they never manifested in the Material Realm."
Before Iver could ask, Galatea took the initiative to speak. "They've always been in the Dream Realm. Otherwise, I would have sensed them—"
"What about the Path of Love? Or rather, the Path of the Beast... Is the Beast Lord still absent?"
Iver was somewhat puzzled.
Given the Beast Lord's habits, they should definitely have appeared in the Material Realm.
Yet they had not been sealed back into the Dream Realm by that Great Miracle. That could only mean they did not yet exist.
As the "sun" grew dimmer, the moon, which had originally been almost transparent, gradually appeared as well.
It was not a moon in the conventional sense that Iver knew. It looked more like a star that was slightly larger than usual, emitting a feeble, listless glow no brighter than the streetlights in the distance. Even so, it illuminated half the night sky.
But just then, the sun, which had already transformed into an "eyeball," suddenly shot out a bolt of Deep Blue lightning that struck the moon head-on! After being hit by the beam, the moon transformed into a meteor and fell toward
