Iver handed the information he had obtained over to Cardinal Matilda.
"Red Wine Mister... I don't really remember him."
Cardinal Matilda thought for a moment before answering, "He probably isn't someone who often stays in Theocracy. Of course, it's also possible that he used a different name while active in Theocracy."
"Is there any way to look him up? After all, this matter may be related to Bear Angel."
Iver pressed further.
Cardinal Matilda smiled. "There must be a way. Even if Pope Your Majesty has fallen asleep, it's not as though we could simply lose control over Theocracy.
"But I definitely can't help you investigate it. Then she peeled off a piece of bark from it. Afterward, she gently stroked the wall, healing and restoring it once more.
Cardinal Matilda extended her finger and wrote and drew on the bark. Deep Blue radiance flowed across it, condensing into lines of elven script.
"Done."
She smiled and handed the bark scroll to Iver. "I wrote you a letter of introduction."
"A letter of introduction?"
"Mm. If you're looking for someone, you'd better visit the Eleventh Ring."
Cardinal Matilda said, "That's where the Central Observatory is located. From there, you can see everything from the First Ring to the Twenty-First Ring. I wrote a letter of introduction to Cardinal Loki, who is in charge there."
"...Cardinal Loki?"
