"Not Living Persons? Then they're dead? Why can dead people still chase us?"
"These should be zombies, right? I've read descriptions of them in some ancient books. After a living person dies, their Three Souls and Seven Spirits are reincarnated, while the body rots and returns to dust. However, some people who died unjustly carried such deep resentment that their souls could not be reincarnated after death. They lingered within their bodies, and after the bodies absorbed the essence of the stars and moon, they could remain unrotted. They would then emerge at night to harm people. "Zombies? Then how do we deal with them? They're already dead—do we kill them again?" a young man in the group asked with a strange look on his face.
