As the first person let out a cry of surprise, everyone else opened their eyes as well. They all stared around them in astonishment, disbelief written across every face.

They were no longer on that stone platform. Instead, they were in a place resembling an Underground Cavity. It was pitch-black, so dark they could not see their own hands. The only light came from the Heavenly Pearl atop the Bone Staff tied to a branch, emitting a faint yellow glow.

"What exactly is this place? Why are we here?" Wang Da Ge was the first to regain his composure and ask. Of course, his question was meaningless, since no one could answer it.

Lin Hao Tian took the Bone Staff down from the branch and raised it above his head, hoping the faint light would reach farther. However, the Heavenly Pearl illuminated less than two meters around them, so the gesture did not accomplish much.

The others gathered around Lin Hao Tian. In this unknown place, the only source of light gave them a faint sense of security, so they naturally clustered together.
