This was the first time he had seen a living Otsutsuki. Not only did Otsutsuki Urashiki possess a pair of Six-Tomoe Rinnegan, but the fishing rod and basket in his hands were treasures no less valuable than the Rinnegan. The quality of his Chakra also far surpassed Naruto's in Sage Fox Mode.
