Streams of light darted chaotically through the boundless space, each one a Chaos Layer creature.

Because these Chaos Layer creatures possessed only instinct and not even consciousness, Yang Wu's willpower secret techniques had no room to work. He could only capture them one by one himself.

However, although these Chaos Layer creatures retained only instinct, they were not only highly aggressive, but instinctively knew fear and fled for their lives.

Within an unknown region of the Chaos Layer, Yang Wu watched the Chaos Layer creatures imprisoned in a cage as they repeatedly slammed into its walls in a frenzy.

With a thought, Yang Wu tossed a Chaos Crystal into the cage. Instantly, streams of light shot about within it as the creatures lunged madly at the Chaos Crystal.

Crack, crack, crack~

A single Chaos Crystal was gnawed clean in just a few bites. Seeing this, Yang Wu tossed in another dozen or so.

Chaos Layer creatures fed on Chaos Power. Once they could no longer devour Chaos Power, they would starve to death, their bodies eventually collapsing completely and returning to heaven and earth.

That was rather strange.
