"How long have I been here?"
Bo Xia lowered the ax in his hand and scratched his head. "That's a good question, because I don't know how long I've been here either."
"I wanted to repair the ship, but every time it wasn't sturdy enough. It broke down as soon as I put out to sea."
"So I had no choice but to come back and keep repairing it."
"You've put out to sea from here many times?" Jiang Qiao turned to look at the pitch-black sea.
"That's normal." Bo Xia glanced at Jiang Qiao, seemingly finding the question strange. "I don't want to be trapped here, and neither do my companions."
"Since none of you want to be trapped here, you have to think of a way to leave, right?"
"Hm?"
"You still have companions?"
Jiang Qiao narrowed his eyes as he asked.
"Of course. Otherwise, could I put out to sea alone?" Bo Xia countered.
"Then where are your companions now?" Jiang Qiao warily looked around. "Why haven't I seen them?"

Bo Xia stretched lazily and said indifferently, "I don't know where they went either. Maybe they died on the beach. Anyway, I'm the only one left now, and I can't be bothered to care where they went."
With that,
he picked up the ax again and continued working.
Before long,
after the damaged areas around it had been cleared and the rivets had been skillfully removed, he separated out a complete piece of wood material.
