The sound came without warning.
It came from a burial chamber a few dozen paces ahead.
"Who's there?"
Jiang Qiao stopped in his tracks.
After wandering around this godforsaken place for so long, this was the first living person he had encountered, aside from the silent dead ghosts and corpses on the ground.
But he didn't recognize the voice.
It was completely unfamiliar.
