"N-Naruto!"
"H-how could it be you?!"
Sarutobi Hiruzen's eyes nearly popped out of their sockets, and the others looked no better. No matter what, they had never imagined that the one behind such a terrifying act would be a child.
Only Kakashi and Might Guy recovered quickly after their brief shock. Kakashi was responsible for protecting and monitoring Naruto, so he naturally noticed clues in many of Naruto's strange actions. It was just that he rarely reported them to Sarutobi Hiruzen.
As for Might Guy, that elbow strike had already made him suspect Naruto's identity. Though they had trained together for only a month, Naruto had left a deep impression on him. Among the younger generation, aside from Naruto, no one else had ever acknowledged his taijutsu.
"Why couldn't it be me?"
Naruto suddenly grinned, revealing the sharp fangs in his mouth.
"I'm the Demon Fox!"
Boom!
A wild, terrifying burst of Chakra erupted from Naruto's body. Four tails danced frantically behind him, while an enormous phantom of a fox appeared at his back.
In the eyes of every shinobi present, it was as if they had once again seen the Nine-Tails Demon Fox's towering figure blotting out the sky, bringing with it an incomparable pressure.
"The Demon Fox... Damn it, stop him!" someone shouted.
He saw Naruto using Chakra to pull at the Signal Flares on the ground.
"Stop, Naruto!" Sarutobi Hiruzen roared as well, his hands rapidly forming seals.
However, it was already too late.
Naruto's gaze was icy. He lightly flicked his finger, and all four Signal Flares shot into the air at once.
Brilliant light illuminated the Uchiha Clan Grounds like fireworks, while an even more dazzling radiance lit up all of Konoha.
