Orochimaru defeated the Kusagakure leader, while Naruto rescued Uzumaki Suika and Karin and ordered his allies to clear out Kusagakure’s guilty members. At Hozuki Castle, Mui and Kusagakure’s leaders planned to use the Box of Paradise before an unknown intruder appeared.

• Orochimaru defeated the Kusagakure leader and, with Naruto’s permission, took him away to study his life-sharing bloodline limit.
• Naruto treated Uzumaki Suika, introduced himself as Uzumaki Naruto, and offered to take her and Karin away from Kusagakure.
