In the blink of an eye, a year had passed just like that.
Over that year, the situation in the Ninja World began to grow strangely bizarre.
Konoha had clearly been forced into Village Sealing, allowing the other villages to reap enormous benefits, yet the remaining shinobi villages seemed as though they had been cursed.
The Fifth Raikage, Yugito Nii, ultimately failed to suppress the shinobi clans of all sizes within Kumogakure, and rebellion within Kumogakure erupted in full.
What the other shinobi villages did not realize, however, was that two invisible hands had driven the outbreak of Kumogakure's internal war.
Then news leaked that Rasa, the Fourth Kazekage of Sunagakure, and the One-Tail Jinchuriki had vanished together. Sunagakure, too, seemed to have become the next piece of fish on the chopping block.
Nothing major had happened in Kirigakure, but the Fourth Mizukage had not appeared for a long time either. He was suspected of suffering from a grave illness and having little time left.
Among the Five Great Shinobi Villages, Iwagakure seemed to be the only one that had avoided an accident, but Iwagakure itself suffered from a shortage of younger talent.
Although the Ninja World still maintained relative peace, everyone could feel the increasingly tense atmosphere. Perhaps this was the calm before the storm!
Of course, this had little to do with Wave Country, which was in a period of rapid development.
Nothing major happened within Wave Country. It was simply that domestic construction had entered a new phase.
Most factories had already begun production and were starting to turn profits.
Nor had any accidents occurred. According to reports from various units, the residents of Wave Country were all working extremely hard.
Their enthusiasm for work surpassed all expectations!
Construction was now the central theme within Wave Country!
