Across the entire Second-Grade Great Black Mountain Province, not a single Second-Grade High-Level Array Master had emerged in thousands of years.
Even Second-Grade Mid-Tier Array Masters were as rare as phoenix feathers and qilin horns.
Some of the old Array Masters seated there, their hair and beards entirely white, exchanged glances. They could not conceal the shock and disbelief in their eyes.
These old Array Masters had all been called array prodigies in their youth.
They had begun their education at three, studied arrays at seven, revealed their talent in their teens, reached Ninth-Layer Qi Refining in their twenties or thirties, then devoted themselves to study and passed the grading examination in their forties or fifties, becoming First-Grade Array Masters.
That was already considered an exceptionally rare array prodigy.
They had been targets frantically sought after by the surrounding clans and sects.

Once they had achieved success in their studies, they had joined other fellow cultivators in taking the grading examination. The bitterness and hardship along the way were beyond words.

Yet this young boy before them, barely over twenty, actually claimed that he would explain Second-Grade High-Level Arrays and the principles behind Second-Grade peak Nineteen-Pattern arrays. How could that not shake them to the core and fill them with unspeakable bitterness?
Of course, many did not believe it.
A twenty-something Second-Grade Initial-Tier Array Master was outrageous, but
