The ancient Great Wilderness Dragon Hall stood towering and magnificent.
Throughout the generations of Great Wilderness royalty, those with the noblest bloodlines had been stationed within this Dragon Hall, wielding authority over the entire Great Wilderness.
In bygone days, this Dragon Hall had been the most supreme place in the Great Wilderness.
Royal clans had been as numerous as clouds, nobles and dignitaries covered the land, and forbidden guards clad in Four Symbols Sacred Armor had stood watch. It had been resplendent and imposing, exalted beyond compare.
But now, there was nothing.
No royal clan, no nobles, no Royal Weapons guarding the Dragon Hall.
The surroundings were empty and desolate, permeated by a bleak, deathly silence.
No one felt as though they had arrived at the Great Wilderness' supreme "Dragon Hall." Instead, the eerie feeling in the air grew even heavier.
The night sky above was an even deeper crimson, so dark it was nearly black.
Elder Xuanyuan frowned.
A Yuwen Clan Elder said, "Elder Xuanyuan, is something wrong...?"
The other elders also found it strangely unsettling.
Elder Xuanyuan shook his head. "At this point, there is no turning back. The Great Wilderness Clan must be utterly exterminated."
After saying this, Elder Xuanyuan stepped forward.
The Dragon Hall's gates before them were tightly shut. The Azure Dragon carvings upon them were dim and lusterless; they had bodies but no eyes, their pupils pitch-black.
Elder Xuanyuan felt an inexplicable palpitation in his heart, but he still reached out and pressed his hand against the gates. Then, drawing upon the cultivation of the Golden Core Peak Stage, he pushed them open. With a heavy groan, the gates of the Dragon Hall slowly opened.
Blood-red moonlight shone into the main hall, yet the interior was gloomy and black, revealing nothing.
