The Big Tree (Fourth Update)
Once he truly began learning it, Mo Hua discovered that the Flowing Water Step was not as difficult as he had imagined.
The difficulty of the Flowing Water Step lay in using Divine Consciousness to control lingli, and using lingli to guide the body. The stronger one's control over lingli through Divine Consciousness, the more flexibly lingli could move the body.
According to Mr. Zhuang, the Heavenly Derivation Art, an ancient cultivation art, did not amplify lingli or strengthen the Five Elements. Its strength lay in enhancing one's control through Divine Consciousness.
Mo Hua was already an Array Master. He drew Array Techniques every day, so his use of Divine Consciousness was naturally stronger than that of ordinary cultivators. After cultivating the Heavenly Derivation Art, he was like a tiger with wings. Controlling lingli and activating a Movement Technique were no great challenge to him.
The reason he had found it difficult before was mostly because he had been weak since birth and easily lost his balance, leaving him unable to fully employ the Movement Technique.
For ordinary cultivators, even if their bodies were not particularly strong, they were still sufficient for cultivating Movement Techniques. The true difficulty was controlling lingli with meticulous precision, making it circulate accurately through the meridians and acupoints of the limbs.
For Mo Hua, however, the greatest difficulty was his weaker body. Making lingli flow through his meridians and acupoints, on the other hand, was no challenge at all.
Not only that, Mo Hua's circulation of lingli was even more meticulous than what the Flowing Water Step's cultivation diagram required. In certain complicated footwork maneuvers, he could even make more intricate variations.
In barely ten days, Mo Hua had more or less learned the movements of the Flowing Water Step.
