Master Luo said, "I heard that Immortal City has an unknown First-Grade Array Master who has formed some enmity with the Qian Family. Brother Qian invited me here because of this matter?"

Master Qian sighed. "Master Luo sees clearly. We are all Array Masters, and we all know how rare a First-Grade Array Master is. So unless driven to the brink, we do not wish to tear our faces apart and leave everyone in an awkward position."

"What does Brother Qian intend to do?"

Master Qian said, "No matter what happened before, my Qian Family is willing to make a friend of him. Spirit Stones and such are all negotiable. If that does not work, we only hope he will help neither side and not make things difficult for the Qian Family. My Qian Family can still treat him with courtesy. But if this Array Master truly refuses to show any sentiment, then my Qian Family will have no choice but to tear our faces apart."

Master Luo nodded. "To go this far, Brother Qian has done all that benevolence and righteousness could demand."

"Does Master Qian know this Array Master's background?" Master Qian asked.

Master Luo shook his head. "I have never dealt with him, nor have I heard of such a person."

Master Qian was somewhat disappointed. He had thought that, since the man was a First-Grade Array Master, he should at least have had some contact with Master Luo.

"Does Brother Qian have any clues?" Master Luo asked.

Master Qian then recounted what little information he knew, including how that Array Master had used several First-Grade Array Techniques and might have taken in a disciple. That disciple was called the Little Array Master, though it was unknown whether he was a nominal disciple or a personal disciple.
