"Horn of Commendation, what is this?"
Brando had one hand on a stone pillar carved with some kind of sea beast. He turned around and asked the question. A panel of light floated before him, emerging from the top of the pillar. It looked almost identical to his system menu, except for a slight difference in color. His system menu usually gave off a dim green glow, while this one was pale gold throughout.
The panel displayed a huge table listing thousands of items from top to bottom. Brando even spotted extremely rare items and equipment from the game, such as Heart of Frost, Tirs Guti Furnace, the Jagu Rune Ashwood Ship, and Shadow Howl Bracer. As for the less rare items, such as Ice Heart, Elemental Potion, and Essence of Water, they were stacked in quantities of several hundred or even over a thousand.
This was how the Tirmosians traded. Five clans had taken part in the trading fair: the Mist Clan, Everwinter Port, the Ice Sea Clan, the Fang Clan, and the Roes Sea Folk. Most of these clans had either happened to be passing along this route or were resting in the nearby waters. As for places farther away, the fleet might not be willing to make a special trip here—or they might already have fixed routes and were unwilling to deviate from them.
The stone pillar Brando was standing before belonged to the Mist Clan. Hearing his question, the Mist Elder beside him immediately replied, "That is a flute made from the third long fang of a Sharp Seal. This creature has the ability to control water currents, and that ability comes from its third Elemental Fang. A flute made from that long fang can control water elements and even increase a person's affinity with them."
