"This is truly... incredible. This storm was actually formed by a massive amount of energy released when magic leaped down to a lower level. Why has the Tiamat Law undergone such a change? But this isn't necessarily a good thing for Vonder." Fae Lady's voice was filled with amazement.
She stretched out a hand and closed her eyes, as if she could sense the active magic factors permeating the air through her extended Perception. Once the Tirmosians withdrew the law barrier near the fleet, everyone aboard could directly feel the impact of the Thousand Year Tide of the Sea of Magic.
"Not necessarily for the Black Iron People," White Mist said. "The higher the level of order, the lower its tolerance for chaos. These magical forces are filled with chaotic factors, like inferior red wine full of impurities."
"But this kind of power is precisely the most suitable for the Black Iron People. They were the final creations of the gods. Compared with the perfect Golden Kin and noble Silver People, they were more like defective products, with only a small amount of order in their bodies—like mixed-blood mongrels born at twilight."
"They may still be unable to adapt to the native Power of Chaos, but magic of this level seems to have been tailor-made for them."
"So this is the reason the Tiamat Law changed..." Tata gazed at the storm in the void and murmured.
"We may be witnessing the arrival of a new era. Its impact may only be comparable to the descent of the mortal age thousands of years ago." Ice Sea Sage sighed.
Everyone could not help nodding.
Every upheaval in the Tiamat Law profoundly affected the world of Vonder, just like the departure of the gods and the abdication of the Golden and Silver races.
