Ailanta's expression was solemn, as though she had been waiting for this opportunity. She immediately tossed the War Tablet in her hand toward the Twilight Dragon.

The golden tablet flew from her hand. After traveling several dozen meters, it abruptly stopped in midair, then slowly began to rotate. It turned clockwise by one hundred and eighty degrees, while the Gaia emblem at its center rotated counterclockwise. Then, with a soft click, it sank inward.

A full, gentle radiance surged from the sunken Gaia emblem. Everyone present witnessed a spectacle that seemed straight out of mythology: as though the dwarven god, Osolan the Steelforger, had drawn molten steel from the Eternal Forge before him and poured it into the grooves of the earth to forge the entire world. With a soft whoosh, a colossal ring-shaped magic array formed in an instant. It had three layers, each rotating slowly in a different direction.

The ring-shaped array took the golden tablet as its center. Seventeen runes appeared upon it, representing laws, elements, and magic.
