Ice Wind swept across the frozen sea, whipping up a thin mist like waves that rolled forward layer upon layer with a roaring sound. In the direction of Oweixin Bay, a small group of people was slowly advancing against the freezing wind.
"It's about time." A moment later, Brando suddenly spoke.

Everyone exchanged glances. Although the main force of the White Legion had already left Oweixin, it was impossible that the city had no troops stationed there for defense. For one thing, they had not seen the White Legion's Earth Dragon Knight regiment all along the way. Everyone knew that their lord had clearly come here with a purpose, but they could not guess his intentions.
