Background

Medisa was a Silver Elf princess and a commander during the War of the Saints. She became the most legendary Legion Commander in the history of the Lingge Legion and later endured as a Heroic Spirit within an Ancient Hall 1224.

At the ancient royal tomb, Medisa existed as a ghost and claimed to be acting as a substitute for her cursed sister. She asked Brando to recover her sister's necklace from the lizardmen; in return, she offered to help him obtain the ancient kings' approval. Although she maneuvered Brando into accepting the bargain, her request was motivated by devotion to her family 147.

When her spirit risked dissipating, Brando sealed her into a Fate Card rather than abandon her. Medisa agreed on the condition that he help her see her sister once more, becoming the Silver-quality card Unicorn Knight (Eternal Song I) 148.

Appearance

Medisa is a youthful Silver Elf maiden with silver eyes, silver hair, and a composed, delicate appearance. While existing as a ghost, her skin was unnaturally pale and her injuries manifested through damage to her Soul Fire; after completing her Spellweaver inheritance, color returned to her skin and her hair grew to her ankles 1420.

Medisa is disciplined, cautious, and intensely dependable. Her historical military title, “Cautious Silver Moon Song,” reflects her meticulous planning and reluctance to act recklessly; when leading Brando's group through the Wagtail Strait, she deliberately scheduled departure for the time when sunlight would be strongest and the mist thinnest 1211 1265.

Despite her battlefield experience, she is gentle and emotionally sincere. She places little value on money, finds human social customs unfamiliar, and can become shy when teased, yet she shows decisive courage whenever her companions are endangered 440 874. Her loyalty to Brando is personal as well as formal: she considers his companions family and was prepared to risk a journey to Yugang Port rather than leave the severely injured Hypamira without help 1203.
