Gu Han and Bibi Dong advanced their swordsmanship, faced divine trials and pursued evil soul masters while exposing corruption within Spirit Hall. After rescuing Shi Dong and beginning his training, they sent him to Spirit City and resumed their journey.

• Gu Han taught Chen Xin the Tai Chi Sword, helping him break through to Level 95 and glimpse Level 96 before he entered seclusion.
• The Seagod’s attempt to alter Gu Han’s memories was repelled by the Nameless Technique, damaging the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud and injuring the Seagod.
• Bibi Dong passed the God Kings of Evil and Kindness’ trial, received the Evil Divine Sword and Holy Divine Sword, and became an inheritor of both divine positions.
• Gu Han and Bibi Dong reached Level 60, gained new strength, and set out to hunt evil soul masters, with Bibi Dong also pursuing her divine trial.
• Bibi Dong killed a fifty-thousand-year-old Evil Eye White Tiger, and she and Gu Han defeated the seven Soul Saints who had been transporting it.
• Gu Han and Bibi Dong exposed Meyers’s extortion in Notting City, and Gu Han killed him after Bibi Dong confronted him.

Gu Han and Bibi Dong traveled through the north, where Snow Empress became the spirit of Gu Han’s Mystic Ice Sword and the pair confronted corrupt Soul Masters. Back in Spirit City, Gu Han was named Spirit Hall’s Holy Son and began overseeing its new Surveillance Department while he and Bibi Dong continued to grow closer.

• Gu Han and Bibi Dong met Lou Gao in Gengxin City, where Gu Han persuaded the renowned blacksmith to support Spirit Hall if he could elevate blacksmithing, then Gu Han reached level 70 and developed his Colorless Domain.
• Snow Empress followed a mysterious connection to Gu Han and, after overpowering Qian Jun and Jiang Mo, chose to sacrifice herself as Gu Han’s Sword Spirit in exchange for his help finding a path for the Soul Beast Clan.
• Gu Han gained an orange-gold Soul Ring, Snow Empress’s 690,000-year Spirit Bone, and powerful ice abilities, then returned to Cold Wind City with Bibi Dong and met Guang Ling’s companions.
• Gu Han, Bibi Dong, and Jiang Mo investigated a village slaughter and encountered Long Tianyi’s group, after which Gu Han defeated Long Tianyi in a spar and Qian Jun found no evidence that the group had practiced evil soul methods.
• Gu Han and Bibi Dong punished corrupt Soul Masters and officials, and Bibi Dong completed her First God Trial, gained a red seventh Soul Ring, and reached level 72.
• Qian Xunji named Gu Han Spirit Hall’s Holy Son and established the Surveillance Department under his oversight, while the Pope’s Wife gave birth to Qian Renxue.
• Qian Daoliu taught Gu Han and Bibi Dong the Angel Lineage’s swordplay, and Gu Han later studied Human-Weapon Unity while training Shi Dong and spending time with Bibi Dong.
• Qian Xunji approved Gu Han’s twenty trusted appointees for the Surveillance Department, and Bibi Dong celebrated Gu Han’s birthday by giving him a custom moon-white outfit.

Gu Han and Bibi Dong exposed Starfall City’s corruption and rescued its starving refugees before Gu Han trained new disciples and defeated Tang Hao and Tang Xiao. After Bibi Dong advanced through her second trial, Gu Han helped her claim a powerful soul ring, then traveled north as Snow Empress and Ice Empress joined him through sacrifice.

• Gu Han established the secret Surveillance Department, then accompanied Bibi Dong to receive Qian Xunji’s assignment to deliver relief supplies to Starfall City.
• Gu Han and Bibi Dong found refugees starving while the city’s nobles hoarded grain, and Ye Renxin exhausted himself healing the people.
• Gu Han stormed the City Lord’s Mansion, killed the corrupt leaders who concealed food, and opened the city’s stores to the refugees.
• Gu Han tried to recruit Ye Renxin, gave him a Holy Son Token, and arranged for Spirit Hall forces to protect Starfall City after reconstruction.
• Tang Hao challenged Gu Han and lost, then Tang Xiao came to Spirit City and also admitted defeat after Gu Han countered the Clear Sky Nine Secrets.
• Gu Han discovered Dongfang Lingyun’s Body Martial Soul and took her as his apprentice, while Bibi Dong later broke through to Level 80 and claimed the Evil Orca King’s soul ring and soul bone.
• Bibi Dong completed her Good and Evil Second Trial and gained powerful new abilities as her eighth soul ring rose to two hundred thousand years.
• In the Far North Land, Snow Empress persuaded Ice Empress to sacrifice herself to Gu Han, whose ninth Soul Ring began forming as he set out to search for Ten Thousand Year Mysterious Ice Marrow.

Gu Han returned from the Far North, trained his disciples, and strengthened ties with Chen Xin and Tang Yuehua before a massive Beast Tide struck Häagen-Dazs City. The human reinforcements forced Di Tian to withdraw, while Gu Han was left wondering why the soul beasts had attacked.

• Gu Han brought Mysterious Ice Marrow back from the Ice God Ruins, helped Xiao Bai advance, and gave Light Feather Douluo most of the remaining marrow before leaving the Far North with Bibi Dong.
• Gu Han and Bibi Dong returned to Spirit City, where he trained Shi Dong and Dongfang Lingyun, helped Lingyun obtain her first Soul Ring, and later tested his swordsmanship against Chen Xin at the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.
• Gu Han attended Moonlight Pavilion’s opening, declined Tang Chen’s marriage proposal on Tang Yuehua’s behalf, and exchanged knowledge with Tang Chen, learning the Ring Detonation Secret Skill and more about Clear Sky Sect techniques.
• Gu Han returned to Spirit City, learned that Shi Dong and Lingyun were progressing in cultivation, and joined Bibi Dong and Spirit Hall’s forces to confront the Beast Tide at Häagen-Dazs City.
• Di Tian’s soul beasts overwhelmed the defenders, while Chen Xin, Yu Yuanzhen, Golden Crocodile Douluo, and Tang Tian fought to hold the line against the Fierce Beasts.
• Gu Han brought Qian Xunji and Spirit Hall reinforcements to the battle, where he and Bibi Dong fought the soul beasts and killed Da Ming with Snow Empress, leaving his Soul Ring and Spirit Bone behind.
• Di Tian pressed the human forces and forced Gu Han and Bibi Dong to retreat from the Titan Giant Ape, but he withdrew with the soul beasts once the assembled reinforcements threatened to turn the battle against him.
