Inside Jade Dragon Pool, Hui Miqiu had already flipped belly-up.
A vast amount of vital essence poured into its body, cleansing its marrow, scouring its soul. From within to without, its entire body was transforming, becoming immortal and ethereal, its fate wheel spotless as a three-year-old child's.
In less than half an hour, Hui Miqiu had reached the threshold of becoming a cocoon from a worm, then emerging as a butterfly.
Dazed, it only felt its eyelids growing heavier and heavier.
It was as though a Thousand Jin Drop hung from them. No matter how hard it struggled, it could not open its eyes.
In the end, it tipped its head back, flipped onto its back atop the pool, and fell asleep.
More than an hour later, Little Sable reached the same state.
Every strand of its snowy fur was like jade, with seven-colored flowing radiance coursing across its surface. It was exquisitely beautiful, just like the seven-colored crystals scattered all over the ground.
Clearly, it had gained even more benefits than Hui Miqiu. It too lay belly-up, exposing its little pink navel, its tiny paws occasionally twitching and pawing unconsciously.
