Diarrhea until my vision went black..

Since last night, I had no idea what I ate that disagreed with me. This morning, when I stood up once, I nearly passed out on the way to the bathroom. I had to lean against the wall for a long time before I came to, and with my hemorrhoids rupturing, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, and anemia... I'd better sleep for a while first. Not sure if there'll be any more updates today...
