Xu Yue's identity as Advisor Yue was kept quite low-profile within Konoha. Most people only knew that he was an Anbu clerical officer.

Not many people knew that Yue was Uchiha Yue. Aside from people like Kakashi and Might Guy, only Konoha's upper ranks knew.

Of course, there was another kind of person who recognized him: veteran Root members who had served for over three years!

Although Snow had obtained a Root identity, she had only received it recently.
