A wolf howl tore through the din in the fog. Countless shadow wolves charged the ever-advancing entities made of tangled lines, tearing them into even more chaotic scraps. Next came a barrage of foxfire. Huli maintained her Nine-tailed Demon Fox form, her silver-white tails fanning out behind her like a blooming flower as scorching, dense volleys lashed the cluster entities like whips.
But there were simply too many of them. No matter how fiercely the wolves and foxfire barrage struck the tide of people, entities continued breaking through the defensive line and reaching the group.
Yu Sheng swung his "battle staff," smashing the laughing revelers who reached him one by one into pieces. At the same time, he did
