Yu Sheng knew that Eileen was not the only one who failed to understand this. The others probably could not fully understand it either—because only he had established a "connection" with the seed of the Star Proliferation Body, and much of the information transmitted through that connection was difficult to describe with language.
He had many conjectures and plans concerning the Dark Angels—not only how to resolve the threat they posed, but also how to trace these "visitors from another world" back to their source.
He was very interested in what was happening beyond the world and at the borders of the universe.
And this "seed" from beyond the world would be a breakthrough.
Yu Sheng still remembered what he had seen in hyperspace. He still remembered the "information megastructures" built by the "Creator" within the underlying framework of all things in the universe. He remembered the data and logic used to describe all things and define the laws and order. Although his limited understanding still prevented him from comprehending how that information could support the operation of all things, he had at least begun to vaguely form a conjecture:
Since this world was supported by those information megastructures, then the essence of the Dark Angels' invasion might perhaps be summed up in one sentence—an information pollution phenomenon caused by an object from outside the system entering the system.
Yu Sheng also remembered that Huli had once said something similar about "information being the foundation of the world." It seemed that in her home world, the study of the laws of the universe had already reached such a profound level—this also corroborated his current conjecture.
The Star Proliferation Body's "ascension cycle" had been broken, and a seed had successfully been left behind. This proved that the "information pollution" phenomenon mentioned
