Something was always churning in her mind, as though some old, ancient, cherished things were rising and falling in the depths of the sea of memory. Whenever she tried to grasp them, they became blurry at the very instant before she touched them. Yet after carefully considering the matter, she did not feel there was any urgency.
--Is it something important? It doesn't seem so.
--Then is it something of great significance, but harmless if left alone? That's possible.
She subconsciously stroked Laevateinn, floating behind her. The temperature of the sword had synchronized with her body heat.
--It doesn't matter. As long as Laevateinn is by my side, that's enough. As for the rest... when they become urgent enough, I'll naturally remember what they are.
So she continued walking forward.
After two steps, she stopped. She turned her head, and a familiar fragrance entered her nose.

Once again, she saw that ice cream truck, and once again, she saw the Ursus uncle selling ice cream. Compared with his flustered, frantic state the last time they met, the uncle now seemed much more composed. He was constantly busy with his work, and there were plenty of customers buying ice cream.
