"Manager Sukman, they're here."
In an extravagantly decorated private room, a tall, slender Star Elf stood with his hands behind his back. Two juniors followed behind him, both clearly very young by Star Elf standards and both possessing Star Elf blood.
The leading elf gave a slight nod to indicate that White Fox should bring them in. His attitude was as aloof as that of any traditional Star Elf.
White Fox bowed with utmost respect on the surface, but secretly curled her lips.
Sukman was Star Sea Bole's regional manager in Teldrassil, mainly responsible for all of the Betting Market's business in the area. Teldrassil was a high-quality market, and in order to gain the recognition of the region's upper class as quickly as possible, Star Sea Bole had not only given up most of its profits and allowed multiple nobles to buy shares, but had even hired a regional manager with genuine Star Elf blood. Their flattering attitude was obvious.
There was no helping it, though. The Star Elves had always been arrogant. If one wanted to do business on their turf, one could only curry favor with them.
After bowing, White Fox hurriedly informed Little Cabbage and the others that they could enter.
Soon, Little Cabbage and Chen Ye entered the room under their guidance. Both belonged to the country bumpkin type, and they stared at the luxurious decorations around them with great curiosity.
"This is Mr. Sukman, the person in charge of Star Sea Bole in Teldrassil!" White Fox hurriedly introduced him.
"Oh." The two nodded pretentiously, looking as though they had long admired his reputation.
The appearance of the two little ones immediately made Sukman frown slightly. However, he was a businessman by birth. Although he possessed the arrogance of a Star Elf, that arrogance was
