They could not see the movements at all, and the power and chill erupting from the clashes between the ice blades in the air made it almost instantly clear that if they tried to join in, they probably could not even provide cover.
If I remember correctly, that little girl was from Bronze Academy, wasn't she? When did Bronze Academy get someone so fierce?
And what the hell was that undead who appeared afterward?
Starry Sky Academy and Starfire Academy were somewhat calmer. After all, they had already witnessed some unreasonable existences earlier.
But this was still far more exaggerated than anything before.
Carmen, Ba Lie, and Tula—the ace fighters at the forefront of their respective teams—all secretly exchanged glances, their eyes filled with complicated emotions.
In the past, they had been the absolute protagonists of the fellowship competitions. Whenever a competition began, the funds placed on their Gambling Tables exceeded those placed on all the other contestants combined. They truly had the feeling of being the main characters.
Although they knew that they would no longer be the protagonists at the next fellowship competition, they had not expected the younger generation to appear before the imperial family's descendants had even entered the stage.
"The younger generation is truly formidable," Carmen murmured, his voice carrying a hint of world-weariness.
Even the usually proud and unruly Ba Lie seemed somewhat wistful now. He looked over with mixed feelings. In terms of age, they were in the prime of their lives, at the perfect time to shine. Unfortunately, they had been born at the wrong time and encountered the
