"I'm going... What the hell?" On the deck, Li Gou Dan relied on his exceptional eyesight to look ahead. The moment he did, he saw a vast expanse of countless floating chunks of ice. He and everyone else froze in shock.

Behind them, the sun blazed over clear skies and endless blue waves. Ahead, however, the seawater had turned a deep, icy blue, as though there were a dividing line—and beyond it lay the Arctic Ocean!

"Can the weather at sea really be like this?" Li Gou Dan stared blankly at Lei Xue.

Lei Xue was just as astonished. In the real world, people had seen rain falling on only half an area, but who had ever seen weather that was sunny on one side and snowy on the other?

Besides, even if such weather appeared, it couldn't possibly create so much floating ice. Under normal circumstances—in reality, at least—dense, fatty ice capable of floating on the sea could only form when the surface seawater temperature fell below -1.8°C, the freezing point of seawater. But these solid ice chunks, each several meters across, would require a prolonged period of temperatures well below -10°C at the very least, right?

Lei Xue glanced at the sky and felt the temperature beneath the blazing sun. Then she looked toward that clearly different world across the water, her expression growing increasingly strange. At last, she turned toward Chief Engineer Mosen Jin.

She was the developer and the chief engineer aboard the ship, but when it came to understanding this world and experience with mysterious phenomena, this man who had lived for sixty or seventy years was naturally much more reliable.

When Mosen Jin saw Lei Xue looking at him, he was just about to speak when Henry, pale-faced, suddenly seemed to regain consciousness inside
