Everyone in the Conference Room looked at the Headmaster, hoping he could explain this seemingly absurd matter.
The Headmaster silently propped up his chin. He really wanted to reply: What the hell do I know...
When Xi Ye had first brought more than a dozen developers to tour the school, he had assured the Headmaster that there would be plenty of high-quality developer recruits. According to the Headmaster's plans, if Xi Ye had hundreds of such recruits, then by exhausting all the school's teaching and material resources to nurture them, even if half of those hundred or so developers managed to grow into experts above the dragon level, he could recruit them back as instructors. With more than fifty dragon-level developer instructors, he could return to the Federation. At that point, Underfoot Academy would qualify to apply for first-tier academy status.
In the Federation, after applying to become a first-tier academy, one would receive a substantial allocation of aid funds. Then he could choose a better location. With the title of a first-tier academy and the potential of those top developers, wouldn't the deadlock at Underfoot Academy be resolved?
There were risks, of course, but if he stayed in that original star system, he would never be able to break out. He had struggled for far too long. Why not take a risk when he had the chance?
He had never expected that the "plenty of developer resources" they had mentioned would turn out like this...
Wasn't this a little too outrageous? If the instructors around him were right and the Gene Bodies grafted onto the natives here really had such qualities, what did that mean?
At the thought of this, the Headmaster suddenly felt that even the confidentiality agreement in his possession was burning hot...
"Headmaster?"
"Ahem..." The Headmaster
