This building was a multidisciplinary learning facility that served the educational needs of a large number of students. Its space was no longer made up of isolated towers in the traditional sense, but incorporated a series of horizontal expansions, giving the spacious building more room for learning and activities.
Clusters of interior walls divided the building's overall scale into finer sections. Many of its corridors, courtyards, beams, terraces, and staircases had been designed as modern-art-inspired ravines, forest trails, habitats, cliffs, and open-air theaters, creating miraculous indoor landscapes.

A special lecture hall looked like a massive man-made valley. Mountain and forest elements intertwined within it, while natural light streamed down through the skylights, forming a fresh and unique learning environment.
In the spacious classroom, the seats extended in tiers and were nearly filled.
Unlike the compulsory courses at the Sage Institute that were divided into small classes, General Knowledge of Magical Genealogy was compulsory for students from both the Sage Institute and the Magical Engineering Institute.
