Inanna blinked, and the entire Myriad Fire God Palace instantly rippled like a vast sea.

The Element Master, Forging Master, Master of Gray Dwarves, and Suye's incarnation remained expressionless. The Blazing Fire Demon God and God of Hunting swallowed nervously, their expressions drifting as their gazes shifted repeatedly between Inanna and the other parts of the Myriad Fire God Palace.

The Forging Master and Master of Gray Dwarves wore faint smiles. The Blazing Fire Demon God remained expressionless, while the God of Hunting frowned.

"So it's you." Inanna looked at Suye with a radiant smile. She carefully sized him up from head to toe, then from toe to head, before staring straight into his eyes.

The other divine incarnations looked at Inanna in astonishment.

Suye was baffled. Why is she looking at me? Though I am indeed quite handsome.

"You two know each other?" the Element Master asked curiously.

"He abandoned my mortal proxy after seducing her," Inanna said with a smile, gazing at Suye with an ambiguous glint in her eyes.

The gods wore varying expressions.

Suye looked utterly confused. He desperately searched his memories, yet could not remember whom he had abandoned after seducing her—let alone someone who was Inanna's proxy.

"Proxy" was the flattering term. Put less pleasantly, it was a Divine Descent Body: someone cultivated by a divine temple from childhood to serve as a vessel for a god's descent.
